The school year will be broken up into twelve modules, each with a duration of 1-4 weeks. The core subjects (math, English language arts, history, and science) will be taught within the scope of each module while adhering to the Colorado Department of Education standards. Each lesson will be planned collaboratively with our community partners. Most of the lessons will be taught within SW Denver but many will also be in the mountains and other regions of Colorado. There will also be expeditions in the mountains where we may stay over night.
